Job Summary
J Edward Knight Insurance is growing and we are seeking a motivated individuals to join the team in our Boothbay Harbor office. To succeed in this Personal Lines Customer Service Representative position, applicant should be customer-focused, able to multi-task, be a good communicator and enjoy working with people to identify risk exposure and suggest solutions.
Responsibilities and Duties
Responsibilities of this position include:
- Quoting and selling new personal lines policies
- Servicing existing personal lines accounts
- Working with referral sources to obtain new client relationships
- Processing renewals and endorsements
- Assisting with billing questions and payments
Qualifications and Skills
- Outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft office
- Proficient computer skills
- An active Maine P&C license is recommended but we will train the right individual with proven customer service

Pay: $32,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
